Scientists Baffled After 500-Million-Year-Old Fossil in Indian Cave Turns Out to be a Beehive

An article in Nature World News tells us, "Scientists were perplexed when a 500-million-year-old fossil they had discovered in an Indian cave began to peel off and revealed that it was actually a beehive."
"Joseph Meert, a professor of geology at the University of Florida and expert on the geology of the area, said that he noticed there was a problem as soon as he took a look at it. The peeling rock exposed the fossil."
