Shipping policy

Many live plants are shipped early in the week to help ensure delivery before the weekend and avoid unnecessary delays in transit. Orders received too late in the week for timely delivery—usually due to distance—will be shipped the following week, provided there is no legal holiday or weather condition affecting shipment.

Orders fulfilled by third-party suppliers ship according to their individual schedules and may vary due to seasonal demand, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Some live plants cannot be shipped to Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington due to cost-prohibitive agricultural restrictions imposed by those states.
