Echeveria pulidonis: Blue-Green Rosettes with Red Edges

Echeveria pulidonis forms neat rosettes of fleshy blue-green leaves outlined in red. Mature plants can send up flower stalks with yellow blooms.

  • 🌿 Layered rosettes: Overlapping leaves create a tidy, flower-like form.
  • ā¤ļø Red outlines: Fine red margins add contrast to the blue-green foliage.
  • 🌼 Yellow blooms: Flowers can appear on established plants in suitable conditions.

Choose Echeveria pulidonis for a bright container where the red-edged leaves can stand out.

Care Tips

Light: Provide bright light and introduce direct sun gradually. Offer afternoon shade in intense summer heat.

Water: Water thoroughly when the soil has dried, then let excess water drain. Reduce watering during cool weather or slow growth.

Soil: Use a gritty, fast-draining succulent mix in a pot with drainage holes.

Temperature: Protect from frost and freezing weather; bring containers under cover before cold conditions arrive.

    Care Instructions

Please visit ourĀ Succulent CareĀ info page for more details.

To ensure the health of succulents, it is important to plant them in porous, well-draining soil. Succulents require little watering, but don't like to sit in wet soil. To create an adequate cactus mix, simply add pumice, perlite, or grit to cactus soil to provide the proper drainage.

Allow the soil to dry to the level recommended in the Care Tips above before watering again. Always drain excess water.
