Sedum spathulifolium 'Cape Blanco' Stonecrop
Cape Blanco Stonecrop: Silver Rosettes and Golden Flowers
Bring a cool, silvery accent with Sedum spathulifolium 'Cape Blanco'. Its thick little leaves form a low mat of rosettes, with a pale powdery finish that makes a beautiful contrast to seasonal yellow flowers.
- š¤ Silvery leaf coating gives the rosettes a frosted look
- šæ Thick spoon-shaped leaves create a soft, rounded texture
- š± Low mat-forming growth suits the edge of a planter
- š¼ Starry yellow flowers may appear in small clusters
- šŖ“ Hardy garden character works beautifully in rock gardens
Try Cape Blanco beside dark stone or burgundy foliage to show off its silver tones. Keep its little rosettes clear of damp debris.

Care Tips
Light: Provide a sunny, sheltered position.
Water: Let the soil dry between waterings. Check new plantings while establishing and avoid waterlogged roots.
Soil: Choose sharply drained soil or a gritty container mix.
Potting: Choose a pot with drainage holes and repot when the roots need more room.
Humidity: Provide good airflow and avoid persistently damp foliage.
Temperature: A cold-hardy stonecrop for outdoor growing. Excellent winter drainage matters, and small pots may need shelter from severe exposure.

Care Instructions
Please visit ourĀ Succulent CareĀ info page for more details.
To ensure the health of succulents, it is important to plant them in porous, well-draining soil. Succulents require little watering, but don't like to sit in wet soil. To create an adequate cactus mix, simply add pumice, perlite, or grit to cactus soil to provide the proper drainage.
Allow the soil to dry to the level recommended in the Care Tips above before watering again. Always drain excess water.
