Leaves are slightly lobed and puckered. Small white flowers are insignificant. Fruit is edible. Fall foliage is the attraction. Not only is it beautiful during the growing season, but it turns to a lovely burgundy shade in fall and winter. Mature height is only 2 inches to 4 inches.

Creeping Raspberry thrives in full sun to partial shade in USDA climate zones 6 to 10, preferring average well-drained soil. Space from 18 inches to 24 inches apart.

Creeping Raspberry is deer resistant and drought tolerant. Though drought-tolerant, it should be watered regularly until established. It is a fine ground cover for small or large areas, great for container gardens, planters and fruit gardens.
