Verbena 'Homestead Purple' created a sensation after it won the 1994 Georgia Gold Medal Perennial award. The showy purple flowers appear late spring to fall and cover dark green foliage as a dense mat. If you want to attract butterflies to your garden, this is a must-have selection.
