Liriope 'Majestic'. It certainly is! This liriope blooms a lot, as you can see. The flower racemes are often fasciated - i.e. cocks-combed - which gives 'Majestic' a fuller, richer appearance. 'Majestic' is a strong grower, and is sometimes a bit more open in its clumping habit, but doesn't spread far and wide unless planted far and wide.
